Sterrendoek
5 students from the Alphons Laudy School work in my studio for four lessons as part of their internship. In this art project they learn about different possibilities of screen printing.
What does your handwriting look like? How many ways can you write the letters of your name? We puzzle with the cut-out letters of our name and screen print them with red and black ink on a large white canvas. A lot of white stars are created in which special name letters and favorite symbols of Matehus, Mahmut, Ikram, Louis and Loek are hidden.
We also screen print our symbols on our own T-shirts and on cushions for the school.
